You will need 1-1.5 Kg of pork, 2-3 onions, sunflower oil, 2 sweet peppers, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 200-250g of green peas, 2-3 tomatoes, 50g of butter, Red Hot Maestro Pork Seasoning.
How to cook: cut meat into pieces, add Red Hot Maestro Pork Seasoning, onions, sweet pepper, garlic and fry everything in sunflower oil. 5 minutes before it is cooked, take away the garlic, add green peas, peeled tomatoes, butter and a little bit more of Red Hot Maestro Pork Seasoning. Cook until it is ready. You may use fresh vegetables or cooked root crops as a side.
